Building off of Basic Underwriting 1, on June 3, 2009, this class continues to teach the assessment of risk in a loan. Various income types, debt structure, asset verification, and a review of both credit reports and credit scores are all included in this class.

Presenter:
J.T. Turner has over 26 years of experience in the lending industry. He has worked as a trainer for the past 20 years, in areas of lending, underwriting, origination, quality control, and personal growth.
